Mr. Gittins has been a litigator in law firms in the Washington, D.C. region for more than 10 years, representing individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations, at both the state and federal levels. He has an extensive background in all aspects of civil litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia, with first-chair trial experience in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, District of Columbia Superior Court, and administrative proceedings/trials in these jurisdictions, as well as before the appellate courts in Maryland and the District. He personally manages cases from inception through trial, and if necessary, through the appellate process.
